Room not cleaned for two days, (stayed 3) spoke to the Manager and he nor his director is returning my calls for a request for a refund for one day. I expected the room to be cleaned daily and it was not.

The staff will make you feel like you are not welcome. The guy at the front desk is glad to let you know that he is the supervisor, and he will accordingly treat you like a subordinate, even though you are a guest. The cleaning staff yells at you and there is only one towel. Stay here if you like being treated like trash and want to feel unappreciated, hungry, and annoyed.

My wife and I were passing through Pittsburgh last week and ended up staying at this hotel. Most of the hotels were sold out and we were fortunate to find one of the last few rooms this hotel had remaining. I was pleasantly surprised at how new/modern this hotel looked as I walked into the lobby. Appearently, they just went throught a major renovation and it certainly showed.

I knew right from the start our stay would be nice based our check-in process. The clerk was super friendly and very helpful with directions to reastraunts. The room was clean and very very nice for a Super 8. I would definately recoment this hotel for anyone looking for a CLEAN, QUITE, and COMFORTABLE stay. TWO THUMBS UP.

The room was clean and quiet. My disappointment was at checkout when I was told the charge was $113.86 and incoming I was told it would be $105.00.
