My husband and I spent the weekend there. The front desk staff as with all the staff were on their A game, friendly, accomodating, professional. Our room was very neat and clean. The breakfast bar was just average but the coffee was great. Only complaint is housekeeping starts knocking on doors very early or vacuuming right outside the doors instead of getting a list of rooms that have already been vacated. Other than that, I'm looking foward to our next stay. The entrance was free of snow and ice and the check in process was speedy.

Only there for one night, staff was friendly. Room clean, very small but was expected. We were pleased and had a good nights rest. The breakfast bar added a nice touch to our morning.

i worked an 8 hr dy, drove 9 1/2 hrs to meet my fiance. made it there around midnight took 3 times of me going back and forth to get the right room, up and down steps. my fiance mad it around 3 am from canada, we went to bed in the very early am hrs, i booked it 4 2 nights. around noon front desk was beating my door down even w do not disturb sign. i said i booked it for 2 nights , she walked away, no apology. i wrote an comment to microtel, no answer in over a week so far.
