What a joke that BronToTravel review is! Sounds like the staff wrote it. I was first in a furnished unit and I'm now a permanent resident in the process of moving. Note: the good review here is not recent and the other is not from a long term resident, so they do not reflect the current situation or views of permanent residents. The place has more appeal than other rentals and that's what sold me but it has gone down hill and is not worth the high rent! The units are very small and you can hear all noise from other units and they will do nothing to help you if you complain. Know that you will get limited sleep depending upon who is above or beneath your unit, as they allow tenants to play t.v.'s and stereos loudly in bedrooms late at night and do nothing to help if you complain! They do nothing if tenants leave garbage outside of doors, which mine has done and which has attracted bugs! We relocated here with high hopes but our needs did not take priority. When you first come you will be impressed. They will be nice to you and tell how there are all these wonderful amenities but don't be fooled like we were. We relocated here but were never assisted with anything! Only the big corporate account relos get that help. We only wish there was a review like mine before we got trapped here! The staff consists mostly of very rude, shallow, catty women that spend all their time catering to their large corporate accounts, while the long-term residents' needs go unmet. The permanent residents I know are all unhappy! They allow temporary residents (mostly techies from India) to run the place and their needs take priority over everyone else. It's really awful. Beware: noisy cricket players in the parking lot screaming! They also allow dogs barking loudly in the units and they will do nothing if you complain about the noise! There is dog poop all over the grounds as they do not force dog owners to pick up after the dogs. Although, the pool and workout center are nice, they're both very small and cannot accommodate so many residents so they are always full. There was a smoker beneath me who smoked in his unit so much that the smoke came up through my unit. He also smoked on the balcony so much that I couldn't use it. I made a complaint but again nothing was done to remedy the situation. Don't be deceived by the beautiful website as it is not accurate or entirely reflective of the reality here. Yes, the office is decorated beautifully and that's what sold us. The units are also nicer than most apartments but they are extremely small and there is not alot of closet space, so we were forced to pay for a storage unit. it's certainly not like the pictures on the website, the living is not unparalleled as it says and it's not worth the money you will pay. If you're looking for long-term and you don't mind alot of noise in and out of the units, barking dogs, and the staff treating you rudely, go ahead and take a chance. Good for short term residents, awful for long-term residents. Don't say I didn't warn you.
