Booking was extremly easy and the young lady, on the other end was delitefull to talk to. She explained all the room availabilities and the price structure.

At check-in the girl, behind the desk was very cordial and proceded to change my room to a "handicapped" room because of my heart condition.

I have read some of the reviews and I don't understand some of the remarks. This is my third time staying here and I have not encountered any problems.

For me it was business, but I have heard of people staying here to have their children attend some of the attractions, in the area.

I will concede that the area is not the best, however no one has asked for or did anything that I thought would endanger my safety.

As a traveler and also someone who works in the hotel industry, I found this Ramada to be very nice. I read the reviews and dont understand why any were negative. From the check in to check out, and I got a late checkout upon request, our experience was very good. The rooms were spacious, well maintainer and most of all VERY CLEAN !!! I always look for the little things that most people miss and didnt find anything wrong. Honestly the only negative was the channel selection was very small and the TVs were outdated.( no flat screens). The staff also went out of there way to assist and make our stay good. I would highly recommend this Ramada if you are in the area.

This hotel is nice for an overnight stay. We spent the night on our way to Vermont from DC.

We were booked into this room after our reservation at another hotel was messed up, it was so bad we left after 10 minutes & slept in our car for the night! The room was very dated & dirty, the hotel is in a terrible area. As we went to get our things from the car, we left our room to find a SNAKE IN THE HALLWAY!!!! At the point we decided we were not staying there. As we loaded our luggage back into our car at around midnight, we we approached in the parking lot by a strange guy saying that he had no money &asking if we could do something for him, it scared the living crap out of us so we bundled our luggage into our car as quick as we could & got the he'll out of there. Ended up driving to a rest area on the interstate & sleeping in our car, at least if was safer there & our car was cleaner than the room. TRUST ME, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
