Checked in day after Thanksgiving. I already was aware hotel was not the best. On this day it was worse I an attempt to maximize profits there were cars parked everwhere with no consideration for guests staying in the hotel. The manager did make an effort to make up for the inconvice we experenced. After looking there are better hotels available

We booked the hotel through expedia and the lady told me that the hotel got a rating of 4.3 on trip advisor . . . umm she totally lied!!! We were flying out of Philadelphia the following day so we wanted a place close the airport. As soon as we drove into the parking lot we had a bad feeling.The guy at the reception desk was on his cell phone while he was checking us in. After we checked in we went to the room just to get a look before we brought up our luggage in and i wouldnt even fully walk into the room. From the door i could tell that the sheets were wrinkled and the bed looked slept in. It smelled rank and the room just looked dirty. I remember saying to my husband that i wouldnt even let our dogs sleep there. This "hotel" is in a very run down area close to the airport. All the other hotels in the area are pretty expensive and I gathered that what you are probably paying for is the security that your car or hotel room doesnt get broken in to. Avoid this place at all costs, spend the extra $300 to stay in a proper hotel OR just sleep in your car at a rest stop outside Philly, your car is probably cleaner and it would be safer.

This was horrible...is it quality inn or econo lodge? This hotel is so depressing and filthy...it made my stay in philadelphia HORRIBLE...philadelphia is dirty and scary..the hotel was even worst...it's in the middle of NO WHERE...it smells bad in the smoking and non smoking rooms...there are two different addys for the "motel"...this is not what I expect from a quality inn...don't get me started with the hotel clerks..the one older guy with the high pitched voice was REALLY nice but, everybvody else can kick rocks...this hotel SUCKS...$89 for what?

We did not stay in hotel. We park our car there-booked through One Stop Parking with promise of safe gated parking.
When we arrived, window of the car was broken, our things were stollen and car was tottaly vandalised. we talk with two customers from hotel.they saw our car broken for at least 2 days.
Hotel management sad that they did not know about it, AND THEY NOT RESPONSABLE..
