We were passing thru Lancaster on our way to New York and spent the night in the Budget Host Inn and Suites Hotel. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. We requested extra towels and front desk staff came right down to drop them off. Our room was on the 2nd floor and looked quite modern. I loved the desk and chair since I always want to use my computer to check my emails. We had forgotten my cell phone charger and the hotel mailed it back to us without any charge. Very very very good service. We will always stay at this hotel when in Pa.

This was our 2nd time back to this hotel. We definately saw a big change. It seems that the hotel has new owners and they did a good job in renovating the place. Our room had new furniture and new pictures. The indoor pool was nice and clean just like last time. The elevator was nice due to our room being on the 2nd floor on this trip. We like this hotel because it is only minutes away from Strasburg Railroad. Also it has the Caribbean Indoor Waterpark attached to it. I just love the Dunkin Donuts next to it. I am a die heart dunkin donuts nut and love their coffee. We had great stay and will definately be back.

Our visit to Lancaster was the best. We were attending our daugthers graduation and stayed at the Budget Host Inn and Suites Hotel near the outlet stores. The hotel was about 2 miles away from the college. Our room was clean and the front desk manager Mr. Bannon was excellent with directions. The manager explained that they just renovated the guest room. The rooms were very modern looking. After the graduation we went did a tour of the amish farms. It was just beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommnend everyone to visit Lancaster, its just wonderful !

Our daughter's birthday was this month and we decided to suprise her and take her to the Caribbean Indoor Waterpark at the Budget Host Inn & Suites. We had told her that we were visting her uncle in Lancaster and would be staying in a hotel. When we got to the hotel she saw the big slides and starting asking my husband questions. We just blew it off. My husband went into the office to check us in and got the waterpark bands. We went to the room unpacked and then told my daughter that we had some time so lets go swimming in the indoor pool. She got all ready and then as we went down the hallway we turned into the waterpark. Upon entering the waterpark and her seeing the big dumping bucket, she was shocked. We both wished her a happy birthday and told her this was your birthday present. She loved it !!!!!!!!!!!! We had a great enjoyable time at the hotel and waterpark.
