We bring our kids every year so they can go swimming in the indoor pools. Our room is facing the atrium where the pool is, so we can head down to the pool, relax in the hot tub, or play games at one of the many tables. Everyone here is really friendly, the food is good, and it's a great value. I highly recommend it!

we were going to make the drive from nj to lancaster just to go to your buffet we then found the bed and breakfast plan on website and said why not.total last min trip. not only do you have a crib for people to use(disney is only other place i've been to do that) but the front desk guy was very helpful. i want to adopt dottie as my new grandma in your resturant. everyone was so nice lancaster only has one problem i won't look around for hotel.
food was 4 star dinner and breakfast and your staff handled the turkey hill event of at least a hunderd with ease even with 2 full dinning rooms

Stayed there for a buisiness trip. we stayed on the double tree side. theres 2 hotels that make up willow valley resorts. check in was very smooth. front desk very helpful. the place is very large. can be a bit of a challenge to learn your way around. make sure you read the signs which are posted around. how to get to your car. its not always the first floor to get out. was the 2nd floor in my case. the pool area was very large. has a kiddie pool. hot tub was excellant!
everyone well behaved. did have a life guard on duty. now if you stay on the willow valley side. you have to walk outside to get to the pool area. does get cold at nights. plan ahead if that happens. we didnt eat at the restaurant. heard it was good. they do add the tip to the bill. i was told. the room was very nice. clean. plenty of tv stations to view. beds commfy! i didnt hear any outside noise on the 5th floor. elavators a little sluggish. grounds very well maintained!
its a nice place to stay!

12 of us (6 couples) stayed at the Willow Valley Inn and Suites October 2011. Positive features: Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets with plentiful choices, well presented, good service. Check-in was smooth. Negatives: One of our couples had a friend visit them in the middle of the night (I think you might know what that means!), they were so horrified called the front desk to change rooms who quickly denied any problems and immediately became rude. We all saw the bug, researched pictures on our Iphones and it definitely was a bed bug (not to be gross but it did squirt blood when killed). All of our rooms were old, dark and just plain unappealing. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for trying to clean such old worn out rooms. Other than a wonderful breakfast and dinner buffet, we will not be back for an overnight stay.
