The first room we received had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the bed. We received another room on second floor and moved all of our luggage with no help from staff. The second rooms shower filled with black sewage when the toilet was flushed. We were moved again, this time to the third floor with no help from staff. That was at 3am. During checkout I asked the front desk clerk what he was going to do for us and he said he could take $20 off of the $110 room rate.
A man who was behind me at checkout and heard the rate they were charging me, said to me that his rate for that weekend was only $55.
Thats the last time I stay at this redroof! Terrible!

We strive really hard to be the best in this market. I am really sorry that we fell short this time. I want to make sure I personally take care of you. Please contact me directly and I would like to make it right.
I really apologize for inconvenience you so much through out your stay. I understand you were moved quite a bit. We are renovating in the slow season and having everything spic-n-span for the up season only 1 month away. We are working hard to make sure that all items are properly addressed. We are also doing soft renovations through the property to better enhance guest stays.
I'm truly apologetic and want to make it right during your next stay.
