was pleslantly suprised at all the sevices we received and how wonderful all the staff were. Highly recommend staying there. there were couples and families they meet everyones needs..

This is a very nice place to stay. From the plush rooms to the swimming pool and hot tub you will have a great experience. The bar is very nice and the restaurant food for both breakfast and dinner was exquisite. From the wait staff, bartender and front desk is all for their guests. Thank you Crystal for going up and above with booking of our rooms. Come stay and you wouldn't be disappointed. We liked our first stay so much we brought our son, daughter in law and grandson back for a stay during "Thomas Week". Mike A. from NJ

We have been regulars of the hotel for years. We have noticed in the past year things going downhill. This time our room was dirty --- used tissues under bed along with food. Room felt dirty. Heater in the room when used for heat was very loud. We stayed in the same room three weeks ago with the same complaint with the heater -- still wasn't fixed. We always fill out the comment cards. Does anyone read them ??? Also due to the rough play in the pool by groups this weekend -- we were unable to even use it. I'm very disappointed that our stay was not up to par.

We Spent One Night In This Hotel. The Serice was disapointing, the pool was COLD and The Jacuzzi jets were fountians in the side walls. The guest across the hall had recently visited the bar and was abit loud at 12:30 AM. We wike to a contractor truck parked directly under our window at 7:00 AM slamming doors, raising ladders, drilling, hammering and such. The phn in our room didn't work, which required several trips to the front desk. The phn issues was never resolved. The most disturbing part of our unfortunate experience was all the hidden surveilence camera's leaving us to wonder how "private" our room even was. Whenever we visit Lancaster, we stay at Bird in Hand or Hershey Farms. Our Daughter was facinated by Steamboat so we gave it a try. Couldn't be more dissatisfied. We Would never stay ther again at any price although a discount was never offered, inspite of all the inconvienence.
