Check-in was a breeze, showed up at 2 and our room was ready! Front desk staff was very nice. The room is fanntastic. It has a a full fridge, microwave, range, dishwasher and plates, bowls glasses etc are provided. It was perfectly clean and I notice no excessive wear on any of the furnitue. We checked out the pool, although we did not use it, and it was a very clean indoor pool. The breakfats are looked nice, but we didnt have the free breakfast either. Every staff memeber we encountered was very polite from cleaning staff to managers. The only negative I can say is that the hotel isnt that close to many of the Lancaster attractions, but if you have a car its only a 10 minute drive. Dont hesitate to stay here!

I have stayed here twice on business. Both rooms very clean and comfortable. They have breakfast and dinner m-thuds. I would stay here on my next trip.

While in Lancaster, Pennsylvania i stayed at the Homewood Suites. Even before check-in making the reservation over the phone was quick, and easy. I spoke with Anna (Guest Services Manager) and she was very nice and professional. Upon arrival we were checked in by Kandy. She was WONDERFUL! she answered every question i had about the area with a smile. I was extremely impressed with how she carried herself and made us feel right at home. Later that evening we met the Front Desk Supervisor Rene. He just like Kandy, was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. He recommended a FANTASTIC restaurant. (Iron Hill Brewery) He is a great addition to the staff.

The full buffet breakfast in the morning was a great way to start our day. The Suite we had was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job!

I am looking forward to coming back to Lancaster and staying at Homewood Suites, and would recommend this hotel to everyone i know!

I stay in this property once or twice a year and the service is always great, the rooms are always clean, and I am always happy. This time, I happened to notice that much of the furniture (couches, chairs, etc.) are getting old and need to be replaced. Other then that, this is a great hotel 10 minutes off of route 30 and all of your Lancaster shopping and family fun.
