Very clean, comfy beds, nice staff. Convenient location. All you can ask for- great for business trips!

This was our third conference at this hotel. Each time we were struck by the cleanliness of the rooms, the conference areas and the lobby. Great care seems to be taken with making each group feel welcome even when there are multiple conference and a full house. The breakfast and lunch buffets are bountiful and varied. The lobby always has fresh cold water in containers with lemons and limes.Our only complaint would be with the front desk staff. They are always helpful but never smile. They don't seem happy to be working the desk.
We believe that this hotel is about to become a Doubletree.

Rooms are pretty average. Perfectly adequate and unremarkable.

Location is not bad. Down the road from the mall and not facing any major highways.

Good gym, with 4 treadmills, plus a bike and elliptical. Also dumbbells and a universal press. The pool is outside so I have not had a closer look.

Dolce does not participate in any loyalty programs; I asked specifically to be sure. I travel too much to give up on miles/points.

Parking is badly arranged, even handicapped spots are pretty far from the main entrance. There is no mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms, so bring a cooler. We found the bathroom very odd. No tub, double showers with clear glass doors directly in front of a large mirror. Be prepared to watch yourself showering. No hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang up your robe or wet towels. Heater/Air conditioner was fairly loud.
The "free continental breakfast" was a bad joke. Absolutely anything hot was an extra $5. I don't mind paying for breakfast - just don't call it "free". We declined to eat in the restaurant after looking at the menu - any side to any entree - add $4 each, any sauce? add another $1 each. Plenty of dining choices in the immediate area - so we skipped the nickel and dime routine.
Last morning of our stay we were treated to workman beating on the walls and tearing down wall paper right outside our room. They woke us up and continued to make plenty of racket even after I opened the door and asked them to allow us to sleep.
The room was clean, and seem well kept. Last comment, either we had the loudest neighbors ever or the walls are fairly thin. We could hear every word they were saying.
