I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and they have ranged from 1* to 5*. I'd say this was a 2*. I chose this hotel only because it was cheap and I knew I would only be spending about 6 hours in it due to my schedule. It is in a very good location as it is a quiet Business Park area, which is a plus.This hotel is bare bones minimum. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, however, the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and the hallways were loud (walls pretty thin). (My Room was non-smoking, but I could still smell smoke in the air). My TV remote was missing, and couldn't be located. I had (what I would assume to be), a "handicap room" as the shower was not self contained and it had a bench to sit on. (I'm not physically challenged in any way). When you showered, the floor got pretty wet. If you want a place to sleep for one night, it's ok. I would not want to spend more than one night in the place, and especially not Extended Stay as the hotel is billed as.

I booked the hotel for weekend getaway with my hubby and dog.I read the reviews after I had booked the hotel and my heart sunk. Since I booked on the day we were scheduled to arrive, I had no option but to keep the reservation, besides,finding a dog friendly hotel at an affordable rate was unlikely. I packed sheets, towels, utensils, and a boat load of chlorox wipes, after all, one reviewer had stated that there were bedbugs. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel clean and comforable. My sheets and towels were not needed. Its location is ideal. Hidden and away from the other sorrounding and may I add, very congested hotel parking lots.. The landscapping was great and the front desk staff was super friendly. The room was clean including the kitchenette, bathroom and living area. Honestly, I will stay at this hotel again if we returned to the area. The dog area is on a hill but it is well maintained there was hardly any evidence that dogs even stayed at this hotel. Honestly, give them a chance. I think they have made improvements based on the bad reviews.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the area that we were doing business in, and it had a small kitchenette. We should of known as we got to the desk for check-in, as they werent ready for us, even tho it was around 3pm and the parking lot was almost empty. The head of housekeeping went to our room to see if it was ready. So we thought great, she is checking it just for us. Well, we were totally shocked when we got in our room. I went into the bathroom, and the sink and the counter was dirty. The sink still had dried on toothpaste. There was hair on the counter and on the floor. In the kitchenette, the sink was dirty, the dishes they supplied were grossly dirty, there was crumbs on the counter and floor. The desk was sticky and dusty, the tv was dusty, and the night stand had sticky rings from a drink. The beds were nothing to be happy about either. The carpet looked like they only had vaccuum a path from the door to the wall. I went to the front desk, and politely told the lady there that the room was disgusting. She apologized, and pointed to the head of housekeeping just behind her. She said her name a few times and she wouldnt turn around to answer, so I knew right there that nothing would be done. The lady at the front desk took down my complaints and assured me that it would be taken care of. So we left to get some dinner. We came back, and returned to our room, and the only thing they took care of was the crumbs on the counter. What a nightmare. So we left. Definitely run away, dont walk.

I'm really glad I didn't see these reviews prior to staying at this hotel!! First of all, it's an $80/night hotel, so you do get what you pay for. I found the room to be clean but the hotel itself is very no frills. It's in the econologdge realm but has a full kitchen. One burner in my room was broken. There is no food on the premisis and no extras at all, but again, it's $80/night. If you're OK w. no frills basics, this is a decent place.
