The first room I had was not so good. There were bb shots on the walls, closet and fridge. The tub looked like it had not been scrubbed. It had a slight smell. The second room was better. When I walked in it smelled freshly cleaned. The tub didn't have scum on it. Maybe the second floor is better than the third? The staff is very friendly. Good location. Right next to the mall and restaurants. Good amount of parking even though this place has a lot of guest. The website said they have a gym so I brought gym clothes and sneakers and come to find out they don't. I was pissed about that. You might want to bring extra comforter because the sheet and blanket is thin and an extra pillow. I actually had to go buy another pillow because they only gave us two and they are small. But overall, with the second room, this place is good.

Stayed there for two nights. Every surface in the room needed to be cleaned -- from the switch plate when I walked in to the night stand next to the bed. The fridge in the room was so loud that I had to unplug it as it could not sleep with the loud hum. Internet connection was so slow that I gave up and used my 3G cell phone - which was faster! Bath towels were a little bigger than a hand towel but not much and a bit threadbare. You have to pay $10 for daily housekeeping service. The alarm clock in the room had so much crusted stuff on it I was afraid to touch it. The remote control was sticky and I was afraid to touch it and placed it in a clear plastic bag to use it. However, I quickly realized it was a waste of time because most of the channels on the TV were fuzzy and unwatchable. All the supplied dishes required washing BEFORE using because they had stuff stuck on them.

I stayed at this Hotel for a weekend and by saturday I was ready to go home. First of all as i walk into the lobby I knew that I was not going to be happy. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. I stayed on the first floor and when I entered my room I was disappointed. I looked at the bed and the two pillows on the bed was flat as a pancake. saturday morning I woke up with bites on my arm. I went to the front desk to request my linens be changed while I was out my room. The young man told me that housekeeping only comes once a week and that I will have to change my own linens, to which he gives me the linens. I mean, for $135/night and I habve to change my own linens. I proceeded to change my linens only to discover the mattress had stains and the box spring was so disgusting.I had to wear flip flops in the bathroom to take a shower because the tub looks like it has not been clean in a week. I took pictures as proof.
Also I was told I have internet access only to sign on and the screen says a one time fee of 4.99. Most aea hotels give free internet access.
This hotel needs total renovation. I will never ever ever stay here again.

We chose this hotel because we needed a kitchen while staying in King of Prussia. This is the ONLY reason to choose this hotel. And honestly, just live without the kitchen.

The room was generally clean. That is the extent of my compliments.

We stayed with a 1 1/2 year old and asked for a crib for him to sleep in. The pack and play they delivered was so gross I didn't put him in it. He slept between us in the bed.

While the hotel may have a kitchen there is almost no dishes or utensils making it pretty much useless. Who travels with this stuff? If you have a kitchen there are least needs to be basics.

The cable on the television was pulled loose. We rigged it back together so we could watch a little tv in bed. Why did WE rig it back together? When I asked the front desk to send maintenance to fix it, the woman accused my son of pulling it loose and breaking it. Sorry, honey, it was that way when we arrived.

More about the staff... our floor was supposed to be non-smoking. There were smokers on our floor, and the smoke came in through the bathroom vents. When I complained the same staff member asked me what I would like her to do about it.

As we were leaving on our final day there was another guest at the front desk disputing something on her bill. The manager was SCREAMING at the top of her lungs at this guest. I know customers can be infuriating, but to yell at this women that way was inexcusable.

Finally, we were over-charged. What a way to end this stay. Stay away, far away from this place.
