My husband and I stayed here for two nights of our week long anniversary trip to Niagra Falls. It was the best hotel of the trip! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The lobby was warm and friendly . The breakfast waffles were perfect,

The hotel was easily located off of Rt. 72 and has 3 places to eat, and a gas station right across the parking lot. It is very close to everything we came for and also 5 minutes from a State Park. The staff was very helpful and professional and the breakfast was terrific. Also very clean, with pool and fitness room and high speed internet /Wifi. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were clean. It was a little noisy though. You can hear trucks very easily. And we were on the backside of the hotel away from the road. Other than that it was a nice Best Western.

this was not too bad, because we grab a coffee from a coffee shop nearby

The employees are nice. The hotel is cozy. It is close to Hershey. There are no restaurants in sight. A gas station for some food next store. Alot of traffic noise all night from the road right beside the hotel. I didn't sleep all night. The big thing was the breakfast. It had to be one of the worse set outs I have ever seen. The food that was out was as hard as rocks. Very old food. The bread was a mix from several bags consolidated. A few oranges were old and saggy looking. I think even if occupancy is down you still have to treat customers well, that are there like fresh food and clean rooms. Whether you have 300 people in a hotel or 5 people in a hotel you should not drop quality.
