The rooms were clean. It was a little noisy though. You can hear trucks very easily. And we were on the backside of the hotel away from the road. Other than that it was a nice Best Western.

The employees are nice. The hotel is cozy. It is close to Hershey. There are no restaurants in sight. A gas station for some food next store. Alot of traffic noise all night from the road right beside the hotel. I didn't sleep all night. The big thing was the breakfast. It had to be one of the worse set outs I have ever seen. The food that was out was as hard as rocks. Very old food. The bread was a mix from several bags consolidated. A few oranges were old and saggy looking. I think even if occupancy is down you still have to treat customers well, that are there like fresh food and clean rooms. Whether you have 300 people in a hotel or 5 people in a hotel you should not drop quality.

We had a very nice stay at this newer hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. When we checked in, we were offered a complimentary up grade (due to our Best Western Rewards status) and were amazed at the size of the king suite. The bedroom had a door way opening off the sitting area (no actual door tho). The only drawback was the air conditioning - it was extremely noisy - although it functioned perfectly. The pool is quite small but it - and the entire facility - was spotless. The rooms were priced much lower than we expected for such a nice facility.
There is a large and beautiful military cemetery on an army base just a couple miles from the hotel and some fast food restaurants in the immediate area.
