We had never been to Jim Thorpe, but were going to a concert at Penns Peak and decided to stay overnight at the Broadway House. We only saw our room, halls and common area rooms, but felt the place needed redecorating. Our bedroom was dreary and small, not very romantic. The entire place had the smell of air freshner or a candle scent. The parking was REALLY tight in the parking lot. Someone parked next to us at the end where there wasn't a lined spot. The car blocked another car parked in another area. I would not stay there again. Perhaps their mother hotel Inn of Jim Thorpe is better.
The discounted breakfast was wonderful at their restaurant.
