One of the original Thredbo lodges, so showing its age here and there, but a great place to stay, reminiscent of Swiss ski lodges. We had a large family room, with three separate sleeping areas (two with tvs) and a large bathroom. Worked really well. Great views of the mountain from the room and the lovely breakfast/dining area. Convenient to the village although very little parking available on site - drop your gear, then park down at the Village Green.

We stayed in room 8 for one night. This queen room was large in size with fantastic views of the mountain. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Although our stay was in the off season, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful to accomodate our needs. Continental breakfast included in the room rate was great, with again great views from the dining room of the beautiful mountain. We stayed on a Monday night, and there were only two restaurants operating - the pub and another smaller one. The pub served reasonably priced good meals. We recommend the river walk which is fairly flat and easy.

Amazingly helpful staff. Great breakfast, cooked on the spot at your liking. We were there for 3 nights and unlike other reviews we didn't here a noise. So quiet, Clean, nicely decorated. Also great sauna and table tennis

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed 5 nights and felt right at home. Meals were very generous and we enjoyed the variety of the daily specials. Could lie in bed and watch people skiing down the mountain and check out the conditions. Rooms were very airy and clean. Had a great time.
