What striked me about this motel was the exceptional customer service, the receiption staff took initiatives at calling a taxi for us and showing us our rooms. Bed rooms are clean and cozy with good amount of natural lighting, furnished with a flatscreen TV and very soft beds. In the bathrooms they have wall units that dispenses everything from hand lotions to hair conditioners.

Now the not so good - the TV turned itself on when we were sleeping which was slightly annoying, also the TV would mute occasionally and you need to turn off the TV then turn it back on the fix the problem. The pipes made an extremely loud noise when taking showers, it was so loud my partner thought the roof was going to collapse. The pipes were quiet when none of us were in the showers so it didn't bother us too much. We've reported both problems to reception so hopefully you won't run into the same problem next time :)

Stayed in ground floor family rooom for 3 adults and one child. Plenty of room with door opening onto tropical garden area leading to pool. Had room service which was great with the chef catering especially for our 3 year old granddaughter. Staff at reception were friendly and obliging. Would certainly stay there again as the garden setting is more relaxing then just a motel room with no outlook. Close proximity to a shopping plaza.

Reception was excellent. I needed a place in an emergency and they couldn't of been more helpfull,.Even though they were nearly booked out for the 2nd night they found a room for me. The rooms were clean, bed was lovely and comfortable. 1st floor rooms have a balcony which overlooked a lovely tropical garden.

Our reasoning for coming here was for the Melbourne Victory Football match on new years eve. We drove from melbourne to gosford, staying for one night at the quest in Wagga Wagga. the quality was very good and I enjoyed our stay for 2 nights, although the trains at the back of the hotel were a bit loud. The spa bath was a nice touch, and we got a discount from booking through Wotif.com . very friendly company, and the pool was clean and was big and modern. The jacuzzi was warm and ran very well. We were on the second floor in the spa suite and we had a blacony oon which we could dry our clothes on after swimming. We went to toowon bay for a swim. great family location, but i thinkyou should go to Avoca beach for time with mates. The willows restaurant had absolutely gorgeous food, and cheap prices as well, i suggest the chicken. There are also bluetongue lizards hiding in the bushes, but they are friendly.

Overall, really enjoyed the company and a good location. great value, though i suggest booking through a discount site. Normal rates for spa suite were 255$ but we got it for 175$.
