This was my third stay here, and it was another fabulous experience. Even though we had a small issue with our room, the staff handled it exceptionally well, found a new room for us and treated us to a lovely fruit platter.
The staff are excellent here. Across the board they are always helpful, accommodating and professional.
Will be saddened as our family expands that I don't think we'll be able to squeeze into a one bedroom unit in the future, as tempting as it is.
One of those rare resorts that actually is as wonderful as the pictures look.

We were thinking of going to Fiji, but decided to drive to Byron Bay instead.
Blessed with good weather, this resort is up there with our high expectations.
Our superior room is just great, self contained kitchen, fab bathroom, spa, huge bedroom, 2 lcd tv's laundry, lounges, two balconies, all good. Dead quiet at night, 10min walk to the beach, Tennis court, great pool, gym Shall I go on?
Best thing is that you can mix with the throng in Byron all day or night, but escape back here to the resort whenever you want in total seclusion.

A beautiful resort just outside Byron Bay, set in rainforest with boardwalks between the suites and main hotel building. Rooms were excellent with a stunning bathroom and two balconies. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer drier and a full size fridge. Staff were excellent and very helpful when we called to say we would be late arriving due to a medical problem. Dinner was good with excellent service but recommended to book a table as can be very busy.
