“Room with a view”

We booked this hotel last minute as our car broke down while on holiday and we had to find somewhere to stay for a few days whilst it was in the garage. The owners were very accomodating and provided us with a large room with an amazing view of the beach- through large windows almost the length of the room. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was tasty. Would definately stay here again if in the area.

“Good location tired but clean and comfortable”

We stayed in room 9 which had fantastic views over the huge beach. The room itself was a good size with a double and single bed, plenty of storage, tea making facilities and easy chairs to sit and take in the wonderful views. There was an entrance hallway with a large shower room off this, plentiful supply of hot water. Carpets and decor were a bit tired but everything was spotlessly clean.

The B & B is situated just on the outskirts of Perranporth town on the hill but within a couple of minutes walk of the centre.

The breakfast was nicely cooked and any variation of the conventional English breakfast was offered, vegetarian and special diets catered for, the usual selection of cereal toast and preserves.

I would recommend this for a budget stay in a very good location.
