Came across this little gem quite randomly when searching to stay in the area so was a bit weary of what to expect, but needn't have been as it was a nice little place with great views. Mawgan Porth has a lovely beach. Sea view room was a bit 'cosy' but clean and comfortable, tea making facilities (and biscuits!) provided as were little bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The small wall mounted flat screen tv with built-in dvd player was handy. Only niggles would be that the walls are a bit thin so could hear talking next door a few times, and the shower room only has shutter type doors.. so make sure you are staying with someone you are familiar with!!
Breakfast was lovely - as much juice, tea/coffee, toast and cereal as you want and the smoothies were yum! No beans with the full English but expect the hosts would've accommodated this if we'd asked as they were very friendly! Kate was more than happy to suggest places to visit and eat - we recommend the Travellers Rest, walkable up the hill in Trevarrian, for huge portions of delicious pub food. Don't forget a torch for walking back!
