Lets start with the good things:
The staff are very friendly and will go out of thier way to help.
The food is superb. Evening meals are a must.
Now the bad stuff:
The room was supposed to be a double superior room, yes the bed was big and a comfy mattress, but the cleanliness was to be desired. The bathroom was tiny and when you went for a shower, any average brighter person would have to bend their neck to avoid the sloping wall. The bath was very narrow as was the room surrounding the sink. The table stand in the corner with the kettle was tucked in the corner where you have to get on your knees again to avoid the sloping wall and anyway, you had to move the kettle as there was no plug socket for it to be plugged in where it was.
The staff show you to your roomand leave you to it instead of advising you where things are outside or not telling you meal times. Yes there is a book but it would have been nice to have been told.
The welcome pack says you can buy bags of food to feed the animals...you couldn't as there wasn't any to buy.
Not any choice of lager. 1 choice only.
