Fantastically welcoming owners, lovely rooms, brilliant food and the maximum freedom to feel like you can come and go as you pleased even though you were staying in someone's house. Great value too. I don't think I've stayed in a better B&B. The dogs and cat are the most friendly pets I've come across too. I will definitely consider coming back here if I travel to this area again.

You will need a car to come/go from here as you can't walk along the A38 safely. The 593 bus does stop on the main road wherever you request it, but doesn't seem to keep to timetable very well. State "Halfway House Inn" as the destination (not Two Waters Foot because it sounds like Trerulefoot, which is on the same bus route, but miles away).
