Fantastic location in the heart of outstanding natural beauty; an easy flat stroll from the harbour and in the heart of the quaint village of Boscastle.
Adrian and Ann are tremendous hosts. They really looked after us as if we were family and made us feel at home .
Beautiful breakfast, comfortable clean room and affordable - what more can you ask?

Excellent little B&B , very friendly hostess, comfortable and little 'extra's' thrown in like bottled water and fudge in the room as well as the usual compliment of hot drinks and biscuits. Amazing selection at breakfast time. We will definitely return!

Excellent room, bright modern, bathroom great, host and hostess charming, breatfast, everything and anything you could wish for, we would HIGHLY recommend a stay here

“Great place to stay”
Lovely, clean accommodation two minutes walk from the harbour, shops and restaurants. There is ample parking which we noticed is in the minority within other establishments in Boscastle. The breakfast was excellent - good quality, cooked perfectly and hot!!!

“Another good stay at Lower Meadows”
We stayed for 4 nights at Lower Meadows. It was our second stay at Lower Meadows and hopefully will not be the last. This B&B is in the centre of the village very close to the harbour with its own private parking. You will get a warm welcome at Lower Meadows with very comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. There is broadband access.
