I travelled 3 hours on a sunday night to this hotel to be rudely told that they have no confermation of my stay so after some controversy they agreed that after reading their e-mails that i had booked.In the morning i got up forgetting about the previous night looking forward to an english breakfast where i was told that it would be 6 pound for upgrade to full english i paid this and wish i hadnt deep fried sausages hard bacon and awfull eggs the day after i tried the continental breakfast that is included in the price ,well no wonder its included it was just cheese ,bread yoghurt and fruit cocktail out of the tin.
After my experience of this place i drew the conclusion that if it wasnt for wembley stadiun this hotel would get no custom at all you have been warned keep away better off at the premier inn.

We had one night in a double room. The receptionist was polite and helpful. We asked for a late check out and it was granted. The room was ok, everything you'd expect including tea making facility, iron, safe. No fridge though. Bed reasonably comfortable. We didn't bother with the rather expensive breakfast, but all in all were quite content this hotel was perfectly adequate for our requirements and bearing in mind what we paid.

Stayed here for two nights! Although the hotel was clean and rooms spacious i feel the hotel is let down by its staff who are unwelcoming, unhelpful and look like they would rather be anywhere else but there!!
On our first night after checking in where the man on reception just handed us our room key without uttering a single word to us or telling us in what direction or floor our room was on we decided to have a drink in the bar and eat inthere restaraunt. Well the experience of the bar staff was pretty much the same as our first encounter and although the food was nice i had a salad whilst my partner had fish and chips including 1 lemonade and 2 beers the bill came to almost £50!
Included in the price of our room was a continental breakfast which was below average and the full english on offer was going to be £6 extra each so after a yogurt each we left for our day out needless to say we ate elsewhere from then on! Although can i just add the staff in the restaraunt are by far more pleasent!
Moral of the story is its expensive for what we paid would expect full english breakfast to be included, staff in serious need of some customer service training, rooms basic but clean and large, and the positioning of the hotel is ideal! Hope this helps anyone looking to stay in london

Had a two night stay over New Year. The front of the hotel looks very sad indeed, so many of the rooms had broken window panes, sellotaped together. However, once inside it is not too bad. Restaurant is lovely and the food was very good. Our room, although it did have a sellotaped window, was very big and the beds very comfy. The room was on the front and over the car park and main road. Very noisy. The rooms really need double glazing. I think as I was part of an organised trip it was fine but I dont think I would ever book it as a individual.
