Our company booked for trainees for an overnight stay before flying from Heathrow on an International Study Visit early the following morning. Our group arrived at around 10pm to book in and found that Premiere would not process our company debit card payment and that they would have to pay themselves for their rooms. The restaurant was closed. They were told they could have sandwiches, but it would take 15 minutes. After wating 45 minutes they asked about the order and were shouted at by kitchen staff. One of our group left in tears. Another member of our group asked for a receipt for the food and this was refused. He persisted and was given an illegible receipt. He called the manager and received an apology. WE have since tried to arrange our company card payment for the bill. We spent a day trying to phone Premiere and could not get through. The fax we sent by cut and paste from their website was not received. The phone service we eventually received was unhelpful and unsympathetic. We are pretty disgusted at the service overall and would not use this hotel again.
