The Staff were very courteous. The room was as good as any 3* room that we have stayed in. Very central and near good transport links. Free car parking excellent.

Does what you would expect for £48/night. Room tiny but clean, one bed very bad other fine (should have complained really). Breakfast fine (English) for price. Free parking in back yard. Fridge in room. The place smells of curry – don’t let this put you off. Staff fine. On main road so might be a bit noisy. 30 seconds walk to underground. Polish restaurant across road very good but unlicensed and I assume no TYO. Hounslow is a right dump, nobody even speaks English, even the whites. Can be noisy – under Heathrow flight path.

I realise that this place is definately not everyones "cup of tea", we still liked it very much. The room was very clean, the bed super confortable and the service was very low key and friendly. Sure the building is old, but it's still in good shape and they are obviously making improvements as they go along. The owners even let us keep our rental car parked there while we rode the tube into city centre, even though we were moving on later that afternoon. The location is perfect. I will continue to stay here anytime I want to spend time in London.

Visiting London for christmas shopping and needed somewhere to stay near tube station and just outside C.London due to cost.
The room was well presented and tidy with a adequate en-suite with shower and supply of complimentary toiletries. For the rate that I paid for the room I did not expect the rooms to have amenties such as direct-dial phone, wI-fI, Satellite TV, Fridge etc....
Full Breakfast was included in the room rate and it was served fresh as they would take the order when you come down for breakfast and only cook it while you wait which was not long....great start to the day!! :) The staff were very polite and helpful and they assisted me with my luggage upto my room which was on the top floor. I would definitely recommend this guest house to my family & friends and stay here again next time I'm in London.
