I stayed in this hotel 2 days ago in the third floor and I had a terrible stay. The room was nice and very clean, nothing wrong with the facilities, however there were pigeons on the air conditioning vents and they were extremely loud and I could not either rest or concentrate on anything else because the noise was so loud. I went to the reception to get switched to a different room and they would not allow me to switch rooms even though they had rooms available! The person in front of me at the reception desk had just asked for their availability of rooms for the next day and they confirmed there were rooms, but when I asked to be switched, they told me the hotel was full and were unable to do anything. I went to the website and booked a second room through the website as I knew there were rooms available and really needed to rest. I payed for the second room and refused to admit that the hotel was not full even though I had just booked a room myself. They were very rude and started yelling at me at one point while I was trying to check in to the other room because I was taking up a room that they needed... It was all very confusing because all the staff was Indian and they all have very strong accents that are difficult to understand and barely speak English. Finally I got into my second room and the noise was not so terrible there, however the staff really made my stay very uncomfortable. I will never go back to this hotel.
