Whilst I'd like to say that the stay here was ok, I cant.

We were given one of the larger front rooms which was great but ended up leaving with multiple bed bug bites (confirmed by a Dr when we returned home) I did contact the hotel and sent photos but they were not bothered.

The hotel is very noisy due to the Heathrow Flight path (which we knew about) but moreso if you get a front hotel room due to the pub across the roads late night Karaoke and the very busy road which is constantly used by siren sounding vehicles.

2 nights stay and I can probably say we had 4 hours sleep in total.

We stayed at Rosemount as a last resort due to the recent snow disruptions which led to flight cancellations, thus we opted to stay for the last 2 days closer to the Heathrow airport. The front office staff is not at all friendly. Wi-Fi is not free and even after paying there is no connection-reason given-“too many people must be using the internet!!!” Bathroom is really tiny. If you are going to be in the room only to sleep and have a shower you can think about staying here, otherwise avoid.

This one is a small hotel – looks family run, but is not at all friendly as you sometimes expect such places to be. The people here work as if they are doing you a favour by running the place. Anyway, here goes…
Rooms – Big enough for one person with two bags of luggage. And I am talking about a double room. We had a creaky bed and that did not help the sleep either. But it’s decent sized.
Bathroom – Tiny. Can barely fit a six-footer, well-built man. If you are anything under it, you might have a little space to turn yourself standing at one spot.
Reception - Disinterested. As we entered the hotel for check-in, we were given the keys to our room in the most disinterested way I’ve ever seen. In our two-day stay, they barely exchanged pleasantries with us.
Location – quite good, very near to a busy market for everything that you’d need. Hounslow Central station is a five minute walk. Heathrow airport a 15 min drive, in the early-morning, non-peak hours.

I stayed in this hotel in November for approx 10 days.Hotel is clean but extremely noisy.The owner of this hotel (MICHEAL) is extremely racist towards Asian (Indian) and Black.Staff is very rude and unprofessional.They switch off heating at night to save gas bill.In a morning they tell people It was due to technical reason as there is nothing we could have done in the middle of night.It happend to me 3 time in my 10 days visit.Despite that they should reduce the room rent but they still charge you full and no apology from management...Lastly dont give them your credit/debit card number as they charge without informing you...All in all please stay away from this hotel as there are so many other cheaper and better than that in Hounslow area.
