WOW what an amazing day we had - from start to finsh we cannot thank everyone enough for such a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Kath the wedding co-ordinator, MC Lee, the DJ (Ian) and the management and backroom staff. The hotel suite we stayed in was AMAZING and the customer service from ALL members of staff was beyond expectation and we felt so welcomed and special by everyone on our special day. The Wedding breakfast was delicious and plentiful even the touches on the dessert for the bride and groom was a special touch. All our guests could not fault anything and we had quite a few staying at the hotel and had nothing but positive comments about the rooms and the staff. We spent our special day in the marquee which i would reccommend to anyone as it just adds that extra special touch to your day and WOW factor for all your guests. The day went so well and to plan and everything ran seamlessly and smoothly, we could not have asked for anything more.

stayed here with my wife and grand daughters.what a great time rooms great and clean swimming pool lovely and clean.the staff could not do enough for my grand kids. food great and bar was great for a drink i would stay here at any time my grand kids are begging to stay again in the big house as they called it thanks all staff for a great stay

stayed overnight whilst going to haydock races 21Jan12. Hotel clean, rooms too hot, public areas too cold. Restaarant food was excellent if a bit overpriced, the only downside they tried to charge us for 2 bottles of wine when we only had one and at £23 per bottle a bit excessive.Would like to think was a genuine mistake but it does pay to check!! Staff very friendly and helpful - mix up with our booking was sorted efficiently and the scottis lady Val at breakfast was very good.Would stay again.

Stayed Here for one night,on entering reception area looks nice Front staff desk very good onec in the room though its clear it is in need of a update Peeling wallpaper Dort ingrained inti tiles in bathroom,i went to the Bar ordered a drink while looking at the Menu it was ok choice booked a table and Ordered Roast Chicken and Chips at £14.50 it was over a hour before it arrived they offerd me a dish of Olives due to the delay when the food did arrive it was like Chip Shop Chicken and Chips the resturant was not even Busy so goodness knows what the Sevice would be like if it was,i wont be booking back here again
