we stayed at these self-catering apartments for one week, and we were most impressed. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, with underfloor heating. The apartments are two-bedroomed, with a large drying room, bathroom an lounge/diner. You will have to ask your rep for a kettle/frying pan etc when you arrive, but otherwise all other cooking facilities are in the apartments.The staff all speak good english and are friendly and helpful. The apartments are about a two minute walk from the centre of the resort, which is small but lively with a good choice of bars and restaurants, all reasonably priced. The runs are limited but not too busy, and the ski and snowboard instructors all are friendly and speak good english. The only downside for us was the flights and transfers. Sofia is about 3.5hours away, but the airport is prone to fog and we had to get a transfer from greece (8hours!!!), so if you book to come to this resort it may be worth asking if you can pay a small supplement to be flown into plovdiv which is only 30 mins away.

All in all, a good holiday and would like to go back again.
