Had a great stay. Large villa, incredible views. My friends stayed nearby for $340 a night and my place was much nicer at way less than half that and much more quite than theirs. There was even a large wedding going on while I was there. Delicious food. Breathtaking pool. I highly recommend it.

I have stayed in many many hotels and so called resorts in Nicaragua and Palermo is my favorite. The staff is top notch, the rooms are immaculate, with fine hardwood furniture and all the amenities you could ask for. The layout offers breathtaking views of the coast line, spectacular sunsets and then of course there is the magnificent pool and clubhouse.
When we felt like being alone and laid back we could , when we wanted entertainment, there was the restaurant and when we wanted nightlife it was a hop skip and jump into San Juan Del sur. Daytime activities were excellent...My only regret was having to leave. i would recommend Palermo highly!

Loved the resort!! The staff is so helpful, the food is wonderful and reasonably priced and the villas were very clean and spacious. We will defintely return!
