Hotel is in great condition. New and clean looking. Staff was great. Room was very nice and roomy. Travel agent booked this for me at the last minute and the hotel was very helpful. I spend 2-3nights every week in a hotel and for the first time ever, I actually thought the room was haunted. Some seriously strange stuff including the light in the sink area clicking on and off repeatedl every time I turned off the bed side light and laid down. I fianlly figured it must be a short somewhere and ignored it. It stopped after a bit. Property is very nice and I will stay again, ghost and all. :)

Located in a quiet, attractively landscaped office park whose major tenants are national insurance companies and financial institutions. Well maintained property, recently fully renovated. Rooms and public areas are spotless. Comfortable beds. Showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. Friendly, pro-actively helpful staff. Free parking. Only complaint: disappointing breakfast. Within a mile of higher end food markets, dining, pharmacies, etc. Restaurant tip: Allegro Cafe in nearby Maple Glen, PA (ca. 3 miles) (See separate review.)

I just checked out of the Residence Inn Willow Grove after a 3-month stay for business. The hotel has been recently renovated, so the look is updated and the beds are comfortable but not plush. Everything was clean, and the staff was very nice. The evening socials are held about 3 times per week, and free breaksfast is served every morning.

A few downsides: nice new wide-screen TVs with no HD service which means they might as well be old square tube TVs, very limited TV channel selection (what does the entire Marriott company have against FoodTV?), trendy looking but uncomfortable couches, very small workout area (two treadmills and an elliptical), and relatively slow internet service.

On the plus side: great staff, excellent restaurants and grocery stores all over the area (Fresh Market, Corner Bakery, Anthony's, etc. etc. etc.), quiet, clean, the limited fitness equipment they have is nice, spacious rooms and suites, and high-quality social hours.

This is one of the best hotels in the Horsham/ Willow Grove Area. I like the morning buffet breakfast here. Its complimentary and nice. The rooms are big with Kitchen and overall the hotel is very strategically located.
