“An amazing trip to Schrute Farms!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 January 2012

The trip was superb! The natural aroma of beets drifts into your bedrooms and makes you think of simpler times. The dawn goose walk will tug at your heartstrings and yearn for the simplicity of life as a goose. Table making never seemed so possible, and yet so complex. You will never want to leave your room. The architecture reminds you of a quaint Tuscan beet farm. The only unfortunate event was the fact that Schrute Farms was completely wireless, and the owner Dwight was never to find them. His cousin Mose must have hid them, he seemed like a trickster. AN OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Room Tip: The options are America, Irrigation, and Nighttime. They are all superb!

i took my girlfriend here for a xmas treat and am glad i did - the farmhouse is traditionally fantastic, a step back in time, with mr shrute giving guests special attention in his own unique manner - i highly recommend the beet wine :D

Room Tip: try and get the irrigation room

“Incredible!”

I stayed at this beet farm, and received lots of great service from this family ran farm. Mr. Schrute was a bit strange but seemed to care about us a lot, although he talked nonstop about goats and some guy named Michael. The rooms were very well priced, for 59 dollars we got 2 queen beds and a very clean room. Some beet juice stains were on the carpet, but who cares.
The location is great, but nearby a highway. And lots of goats making noises.

Room Tip: Rooms are all great

“Schrute Farms”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 January 2012

As soon as I got to Schrute Farms, the owners, Dwight and Mose Schrute, ran alongside my car hooting and yelling things that sounded vaguely like, "BEARS, BEETS, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!" Dwight told me I seemed visibly frightened, so he tried to warm up to me a little bit by showing me the farm. (Mose bared his teeth in an alarming way and tried to grab my arm, which Dwight told me was his version of a smile and a handshake) My room was a bit too rustic for my tastes, being made out of wood and the ceiling infested by a patch of bats Dwight had apparently named Bloody and Beast, among others. For dinner there seemed to be a general beet theme, which is a nice way of saying everything there was made out of beets except for what Dwight was having, which seemed to be a bloody hunk of some sort of meat. Mose ate dog food under the table, and lapped water out of a plastic bowl. All in all, this place is horrible. (There also appeared to be something living in the outhouse.)

Room Tip: Any room with walls is good.
