We stayed at this hotel prior to a doctor appointment at Hershey Medical Center. The room was clean and roomy. Zachary Brush at the front desk was really helpful when we were looking for a restaurant. Gave us precise directions and even volunteered to come get us if we got lost.
Then when we checked out, the manager (I guess) told us there was a discount off the room price since we were going to the HMC. A total and pleasant surprise. The breakfast room was nice and pretty well stocked for a free continental breakfast.

We were in Hershey for a funeral and stayed here for a few days. The staff coiuld not have been friendlier. Chuck, the front desk manager went out of his way to make us feel at home. This hotel has flat screen t v's, clean and I loved the magnified mirror at the vanity area.

We were driving through town and needed to stop for the night. We like Best Western so we thought we would give it a shot. I'm very happy we did. The place was very nice. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly. Hopefully we get to come back this summer

Excellent service during the entire stay. Friendly and helpful staff and very accomodating.
Clean rooms and facility and comfy beds. Nice touch with the computer and tourism touch screen in the lobby. Awesome breakfast area, always clean with excellent staff service.
