we went to hershey for my daughters 21st bday.the hotel was small and cozy.people at the front desk were warm ,friendly and helpful with advice!the rooms were very clean and cozy,had a lovely european style.was close to hershey attractions,giant center and hershey park,thanks to our friend at the desk we got great directions to hollywood casino!we would stay there again,thanks for helping us have a wonderful birthday weekend for my daughter!

This is a place to avoid. The website is not truthful at all. Amenities- scarce. No iron, no hairdryer, not enough towels. If you are a traveler who uses the little shampoos and lotions ( I do not) then make sure you take your own. They were either previously used or very old. There was no hot water to take a shower..... it was not even luke warm!!! We were awakened at 7:15 am by someone pounding at our door and attempting to open the door. When we tried to call the front office there was no phone service to call for assistance. The other hotel guests ( 2 tour busses) were running in hallway and very loud at this time also. Again could not notify front office. We couldn't even find a number to call other than an 800 reservation number. Also- no closet. You hang your clothing on a bar that goes across a table that you would sit at!!! The pillowcases had some sort of dirt on them- one appeared to be blood, the other old food (I hope). Needless to say we did not use them!!! THe mattresses are not for anyone who has back trouble. They are lke sitting on a marshmallow and sinking to the floor. It is not newly renovated - or it was a very poor job!! The owner on check out sis not seem to want to hear our complaints. The phone service was not brought to our attention upon check-in and although I cannot imagine they were not aware of the tour groups loudness and running aaround ( they were running around the entire complex) he stated that he could not do anything about that. Also, the tour group propped opened secured doors. This is not the hotel to stay unless you want poor service. I will travel the extra distance to around the Hershey attractions or to the turnpike exit to stay the next time we visit this area. It is not worth your time or money.

Worst hotel ever. Enter rooms when you are not there, even when you request no maid service. When I complained I was told I should've told them at check in because staff does not speak English. Nasty and not accommodating. Would rather sleep on a park bench.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Hershey, PA and surrounding areas. The owners are very nice and very sweet. They are trying to update the rooms. The beds aren't bad, Very modern and Ikea looking.

The towels in the bathroom were alright, but some of them were ripped. The bathroom wasn't really cleaned. There was long black hair on the floor and hanging on the shower curtin. The bathroom was at one point in time, pink. You could tell because the white paint was starting to chip. Also, not too many places to hang towels after you get out of the shower.

The hotel was expensive, I thought, for what we got. Glad we only stayed 2 nights. I don't want to discount the hotel too much, because like I said, you can tell that the owners are trying to fix it up. Hopefully they will get the smaller details all taken care of and it will end up being a good hotel.
