I brought my mom to Hotel Hershey for a girls spa weekend and we had a fantastic experience! The level of service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. Every employee from the front desk staff to the spa personel to the housekeeping staff greeted us with a warm hello and smile. The Chocolate Spa is delightful and such a treat!! There are so many services offered - we did pedicures, traditional massages, and hydrating body wraps - but I doubt you could go wrong. Lunch at Oasis was delicious - mini-wraps, salad, fruit, soup, pasta salad, sliced turkey and roast beef ... and of course amazing mini-desserts! Again, the staff was very professional and could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I would recommend Hotel Hershey and the Chocoloate Spa to anyone and we will certainly be making a return visit in the near future!!

What can bring more joy to a father than seeing his son try a chocolate bar for the first time. My son had his very first chocolate bar upon check-in at the hotel. At only 18 months he got hooked. The property is truly amazing...and kid friendly. ( sippy cups) at every restaurant! And a water slide by the pool. Of course you have splurge on a chocolate massage, facial or scrub! Your never too young..or old... To enjoy Hershey and this was a trip we will remember forever.

My husband and I are staying at the Hotel Hershey in the Woodside Cottages. We have stayed in the main hotel before, which we enjoyed greatly, but the cottages are even nicer. There is a fireplace in our room with typical luxurious bedding, a grand bathroom with an enormous soaking tub, standing shower that would accommodate a seven foot tall person easily, private toilet and an extra large double sink area. They even provide a scale...to keep me accountable. :) You can still order room service even though you are not in the main hotel. There is parking right outside your cottage. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. If you want spa reservations, make sure you make them months in advance. We planned our trip at the last minute, so there is barely any availability. We dined in the Harvest Restaurant, which was great and the Circular Dining Room, which was also very good. We went to the Hershey Theater, which is lovely, to see the comedian Jim Gaffigan, who is hilarious! It has been a luxurious, relaxing trip. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Hershey.

I was blown away by the level of service, the friendliness of the staff, and my room. Hotel Hershey is a class act. The meat & cheese platter at Trevi 5 is not to be missed. Yum!!!! Of course I enjoyed all the chocolate that was readily available.

My spa visit was relaxing & pleasant. I can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer. My room was immaculate. Every evening the rooms are prepped for your night. It was so nice to return to my room with the drapes drawn, the bed turned down, & the heat turned on. I thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend at Hotel Hershey.
