The low rates almost scared us away thinking that we get what we pay for but we were very happy with our stay!!! The location is great; close to most locations yet a short scenic drive up the mountain to get there. This hotel appears to be more like a quaint bed and breakfast and staff is very helpful and friendly. Though the owners are still working on much of the rooms the most important features are complete. Our room was #14 which was perfect for what we wanted. Large size except for bathroom which was small and basic but very clean. Shower was probably the biggest area of the room with great hot water pressure!! The beds are fabulous!!!! We will be buying one of these brands for our next mattress!! We were also delighted to see a mini frig and free WIFI!!!
I would definately recommend this place (especially during NASCAR season when rates are higher every where else and still a short distance to the track) Also ask about deals to area restaurants cause they had a special offer with the Barley Creek Brewery nearby which we also highly recommend!

Room was freshly repainted and very clean. Bed was comfortable and liked the comforter and pillow. The staff were very nice and helpful. Good coffee and snacks in the reception area. Close to Mt. Airy Casino and Cozy Corner breakfast. We spend the weekend at the Henryville Inn with another couple and we all had a nice stay. We look forward to coming back again.

We were there for a ski trip at the local slope. We arrived at 9am and were able to check in! The room was clean and the water hot. The bed so comfortable I looked under the mattress cover to see who manufactured it. The coffee and muffins for breakfast were great. The staff/owner were awesome and very accomidating. It was very quiet and peaceful. I rocommend getting the ski package they offer it was a really good deal!! Overall we recommend this off the beat location. We plan on returning next year.

I booked this hotel on the internet and was a little skeptical knowing that pricing this low usually means you get what you paid for. But to my delight, i was very impressed with the quality of servce and overall cleaniness of the hotel. the rooms were freshly painted and the carpet was brand new. the bed, might i say, was the most addicting i have slept in for a long time. The atmosphere was tranquil, and after a long day on the slopes, the bathroom and the shower were nothing less then perfect.
after reading some of the older reviews, i have to say the new staff is a complete 180 from the former ones.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Trust me, you will thank me for it.
