First things first, it's not very clean. My facecloth was actually dirty, dirty in the sense it was not removed and cleaned but folded and put back as fresh. Sometime around 6 a.m. someone outside our first floor window ( ground floor, bad mistake in retrospect) started running their truck and all the exhaust fumes filled our room. We were half asleep so all we thought of doing was to run the exhaust fan in the bathroom, however, you guessed it, it didn't work. We had to keep our room door pryed open so the fumes could be released.
Later we told the desk clerk and she refused to credit us our room charge and told us we should have called and they would have moved us. Please, it's 6 a.m. and we're in bed in night clothes!! The last thing we wanted or thought of doing was getting dressed and packing our suitcases to be shuffled off to another room!
The Crowne Plaza and I believe the Hilton are a 10 minute walk from here so do yourself a favor and pay the extra cash for their facility.
