My husband and I just returned from a 4 night convention stay at the Harrisburg/Hershey Sheraton. We had a "king-bed room" that was sufficient for our needs. We weren't really in the room much due to attending seminars and banquets, but when we were there it was clean and comfortable.
What I really want to rate is the customer service we received. Due to Celiac Disease, I have a lot of dietary restrictions. The food staff was made aware ahead of time and served me the most fabulous things I've eaten in a long time! A gluten free pizza one day and gluten free cake and chocolate cheese cake for desserts!! I was so happy I hugged the server! It also meant a lot to me that they quickly learned who I was and always made sure I received the right meals.
My husband also needed some notes printed out from his lap-top for a speech. The front desk was more than happy to do it for him quickly.
My point to this review is this: I would much prefer an "adequate room" and "superb service" than "5 start accomodations" and a "mediocre, indifferent staff".
The only reason I didn't give a rating of 5 is, I don't believe anyone is perfect!
