This is a cute hotel. Free shuttle to the airport, decent location. I enjoyed the room service food. Very tasty! Everyone that works here are extremely friendly and considerate. The pool area was clean and the work out center was nice. A little warmer than a gym should be, but I sweat out some extra calories, so it all good. My room was clean with more than enough towels, body wash, shampoo, etc, but they aren't Bliss products like their website says. I hate when you go to a hotel and there's one wash cloth in the room. But I think my room was haunted or something! Our heat was obnoxiously loud. It woke me up everytime it kicked on, so I ended up turning it off all together. It rained all night long which created two leaks in our room. One at the balcony doors and one above my bed. So all night we heard dripping. I also had rust color water before taking a shower. It cleared up after 2 or 3 minutes. Yuck! Overall its a decent Sheraton. The manager gave me extra SPG points for the issues. I would stay again with the hopes that the issues were just with that room (1004) and not all the rooms. Hotel is near shopping and resturants which was very convinent.

This was a pretty decent find for our visit to Hershey Park. Lobby is large and inviting, the Hotel appears a little older, but for the most part in good condition. Beds are very comfortable, the kids enjoyed the pool, though we had to go on a scavenger hunt to get fresh towels down there. There were none to be found but luckily stumbled upon a staff member who went and got some for us. Check in was fine, the girl was very friendly and informative, but process was a little slow (10pm arrival time). When we got into our room, I walked in the bathroom and found the metal fasteners that hold the toilet paper roll on the floor and the handle was broken off, also laying on the floor. I notified the front desk and they sent a maintenance person to come fix it. Ended up just removing it because he didn't have the part he needed, not a huge deal.

We asked for a pack & play but none were offered (or were already taken), so they provided a roll-away bed. Watching them get one of those into our room was entertaining as the rooms were relatively small, and much smaller than other Hershey hotels I've stayed at in the past. We did not dine on-site, though breakfast smelled tasty, and the "gift shop" was actually a guest room that was "refurnished" into a gift shop.

Location was good, central to Hershey area attractions and about 10 mins from the park. Plenty of dining options nearby as well, and free parking. We like the comfort of Sheraton beds, and the Starwood loyalty program so if I were visiting Hershey again, I'd likely stay again.

I stay at this property infrequently and only as business brings me the Harrisburg. Unlike most hotels where i stay, I look forward to the lounge and dining room here. One of the reasons is that I look forward to seeing Jeff, who works as a server. I have come to appreciate him over the past year as I have traveled to this location.

Jeff does not fit the mold of the typical server but was a welcome face when I arrived at 11:00PM after a day of airline travel. His courtesy, helpfulness and sincerity extended to a weary traveller brought a difficult day to a better conclusion. A good late night meal, a cocktail an friendly service will do that!

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel last year for new years eve just a whim and it turned out so well we decided to do it again this year. Great decision on my wife's part!!! I wouldn;t call this hotel 3 and a half stars but it's def. 3 stars. It's really clean and teh rooms are spacious. It could use a little bit of a decor and maintenence upgrade but that won't deter me from ever staying there. The staff was always friendly and helping. The location was very key too. Close to the highway, mall, shopping and food. I will def be making an annual stay with this sheraton!!! And the best part about the rooms are the beds! OMG!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I slept like royalty!
