I booked 55 rooms in this hotel when my daughter's team competed in the Giant center in Hershey. I was a little nervous as the reviews seemed fairly negative.

My fears were completely unjustified. The hotel was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the built-in mini fridge. The Peter Thomas Roth toiletries are a great amenity. When I first checked in, I noticed the shower curtain was dirty but 2 calls to housekeeping remedied that situation.

We had booked some conference space which worked out perfectly. The staff was very accommodating despite our crazy hours (hello 5 am!) and multiple changes.

Parking is a little bit of a hassle and I wasn't a huge fan of the hotel restaurant raspberries but overall, I would absolutely book this hotel again.

Very average. I would expect more from a Hilton. Property is showing its age.

professional courteous that never leave me waiting convenient to downtown

The perfect place to stay if you are attending a concert at the whittaker center which we did the last week of December. It was so convenient to park the car in their garage and leave it until check out while we attended the concert had a good meal at the hilton's restaurant and enjoy'd a morning swim the following am. Bed's are very comfortable and we love that check out isn't until 12p.
