I was a little disappointed with this hotel. Chose it based on proximity to Hershey Park, which was good, and that it was only about 45 minutes from Dutch Wonderland. The location was great and accessible to Rt. 81 which allowes us to go to Lake Tobias as well. The hotel itself was just OK. Not the cleanest place around but the staff was friendly. The hotel just looked and felt aged and worn down. The beds were AWFUL!

Well...we planned on staying here, after much reviews read ( quite a few so-so ones), because of how close to Hershey Park. My family and I planned to do the Sunset Hershey Park plan (after 5pm) in order to avoid a crowd. We got here to hotel 1 hour early (after driving 3+ hours), and when we approached the front clerk she felt the need to tell us we are in 1 hour early and we needed to wait for room. The front clerk could have been nicer. We decided while we wait to let our girls swim. Well dont expect much pool....its quite small. Our room was ready (abit before 3pm) and we proceeded to it. Well....ummmmm...it was ok. Hated the sink being outside the bathroom. I guess we can use the bathroom, touch the knob, then walk out and wash hands...yuk! The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable. I had to really fluff it with multiple sheets for my girls. The front desk was nice and quick when i called for extra sheets. I guess the evening clerk was nicer. When my girl took a shower, i had to remove a bug without her noticing so she wont freakout. All in all though i give it much criticism, it did serve its purpose. We just wanted to go to Hershey Park..come back, sleep, checkout in the morning. Its great to fing Mcdonalds and Perkins as well as afew gas stations right outside. Also its a 6 mile drive to Hershey. There are afew hotels we notice were even closer to Hersheys.such as The Country Inn,but!, this one is much closer to the eateries. Oh...by the way, i just tucked in my girls and look forward to checking out tomorrow morning. I will forget about the free hot breakfast, since the breakfast area is small and i rather go to Perkins for breakfast. Shhhhh good night!

I stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. They attempted to charge me for a pet charge, a room-safe charge, and two other charges totalling an extra $40. When I called them on it, they credited the money back to my account without much trouble. Then one month later, they charged my debit card $30 for no specific reason. Because I lost my reservation number from my stay there, they told my bank they were unable to access my reservation information, and therefore have to assume it was a legitimate charge that simply took 4 weeks to post. I have been unable to retrieve this money since and the management has been extremely unhelpful in helping me resolve the issue. If you stay here, look closely at your receipt and keep an eye on your account for the next few months following your stay.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and super clean rooms. In a nice, not to busy area. Price was pretty decent as well. Wireless internet worked great, nice that they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks!
