We have stayed in this motel a few times while shopping in the Erie, PA area. What is right about it is the price, particularly if you just need a place to crash for the night. There are a lot more pricier accommodations, but this one is usually more economical.
They have a good breakfast in the mornings that is included. Depending on the time of stay the breakfast area might be crowded (e.g., Black Friday).
The beds are firm and comfortable, so are the linens and pillows. The bathrooms appear to be fairly recently renovated as well. If you want more space, you could opt for a jacuzzi suite that has a separate sitting area and a jacuzzi.
The rooms have always been clean.
The TVs are the old style large TVs and reception is not very good.
There is an outdoor pool that we have used in summer. The pool was good but the water seems to be fairly cold.
As I said, if you want an upscale hotel, there are far better but pricier ones in the area. This one is located an exit away on the route to the main Peach St. shopping area in Erie. You can get there in less than 5 minutes. So, for a place to sleep and not spend all your shopping "savings" that makes it a good choice.
