higher end accomodations away from the traffic and congestion of peach street. right on the lake with easy access to bayfront highway. beautiful lobby, warm and inviting seating areas near fire place and bar with views of the bay and marina. king size rooms designed for business traveler with executive desk and work area. clean and well kept.

Enjoyed my stay here, the room was very clean and well appointed. Parking however, seemed expensive for such a small city. I was told that I could park in a vacant lot but there signs forbiding parking, so opted for the hotel garage. By the time I was ready to eat, the 2 nearby restaurants were closing, so I got take out from restaurant near the parking garage which was pretty bad. The sunset was amazing!!!

I've stayed here twice and it just gets worse. The first time I had an issue with the poor service at the hotel so I figured I'd give it another chance. This time there were bed bugs, which only goes to show the cleanliness of the hotel. Poor service and dirty. Never Again.

Came home to visit family and stayed 3 nights here. Room was very nice, though we like to have a mini fridge/microwave. Bed was awesome, whole room clean and tidy, The bathroom was unique, with mini dual french style doors with frosted glass- no bathtub was a bummer. Room service food was really good. If you travel with a pet (or in our case, a service animal), expect to walk a ways to find grass for them to use (staying in the winter made this worse, due to SUPER chilly winds coming off the bay) Please note that this hotel is situated ON the water. You are on the left point of a "T" shaped pier. You pay extra for rooms that look out over the water, which in the summer time we may have done, but in the winter there isn't anything to look at but grey skies and such. The whole place is very pretty and I expect this will become THE place for us when we're in Erie from here on in! Paying for parking was kind of silly, but, the security of knowing it would be safe was worth it.
