Desk clerks seemed put out having to do there job. Requested non-smoking, room smelled of smoke. I was too tired to change rooms. Price was good but not the best place I've stayed in the chain.

If your are looking for cheap, dry and clean place to stay for some nights: This is the right place. The staff was helpfull, the rooms are equipped with standard furniture, may be a bit worn out. However everything was clean and not smelly at all! Absolutely recommended for road trip. The breakf fast somehow frugal, therefore we went to the Arlington Dine some minutes by car away. Just around the corner is an old cemetery (we have been there on Memorial Day Weekend and the graves were decorated with hundres of flags) where you can take walk and have a view on the scenic Delaware River valley.

The non smoking room was surrounded by smoking rooms and the place stunk. The toilet flusher and bathroom light switches looked like a dog had been chewing on them. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. The cleaning staff was pretty friendly. The people at the desk seemed to not want to be bothered. We paid about $60 per night. The stay was probably only worth $30 per night tops. The place was loud at all hours. The walls are paper thin.

Well what can I say. Except bad management and lazy house keeping. All the good reviews this Hotel has I did not see one. Except price. You do get what you pay for here. We walked into the lobby were all you can smell is smoke. We checked into our room, We went up stairs and figured out why all you can smell is smoke. The lay out is very badly designed. They have smoking on all the levels and a smoking room next to a non smoking room and that was the lay out thru out. Smart thinking would have smoking on upper floor only and non smoking thru out. That's just one thing that is bad. The hotel is lacking on house keeping big time. I pulled the sheets back on both beds to find HAIR in both. One bed had hair that was NOT head hair, but body hair if you know what I mean.... Out the door we went. I went down stairs to get someone to clean the room. Well surprise NO house keeping on staff so I asked for a new room. The only thing they said they had with two beds was smoking "surprise". They did say the only room they had in non smoking was a queen bed. well that wasn't going to fit a family of four. They said the only thing they could do was give us a cot. So with nothing else to do we took it. We opened up the cot to find it was NOT clean by any means. House keeping is lacking very badly. Someone needs to step up. There are a lot of people looking for jobs these days. So Step up or step out.......
