I made a reservation for 8/11. traveled 4hours thinking I can finally get some rest. I prebooked my room as always and wanted to pay in cash for my stay. I was told that they have new rules and they charge an extra 75$ on top of the room rate because they have had bad experiences with guest. I wish I would of read the reviews here before booking. Never will stay at this hotel again.

I stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was very nice, but EXTREMELY busy. This is one of the few reservations I've made online that has ever been lost, and it took over 2 hours to finally get a room. Only smoking rooms were available at the time, but because of the extreme delay in getting a room, and the fact that many of the rooms were not yet cleaned, they gave me a non-smoking room. If visiting during a holiday, be prepared.

We stayed here for two nights for our skiing trip at Shawnee Mountain with our 9-year-old son during the Christmas break. After reading the reviews, we kind of hesitated to make our reservations. But to our surprise, this hotel was clean, the room was decently decorated and had a LCD tv, it also had a good size indoor pool with warm water. My son and I had a really good time at the pool. We made our reservation with the AAA discount and it was about $70 a night with continental breakfast included, very good value in comparison to other lodging choice in the area. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are on a skiing trip at Shawnee or Camelback. The only drawback is there aren't many restaurants around.

This was the worst hotel experience ever. The hotel was incredibly noisy -- a fight broke out in the middle of the night and lasted about one hour. The jacuzzi made horrific noises in the middle of the night. There was no hot water in the shower.
