This hotel was terrible! It took the guy at the desk 30 minutes to get us checked in because he look like he didn’t know what he was doing. When we finally got into our room, which was a non-smoking room, you could smell smoke when you open the doors, the room had dog wastes in it, so the cleaner didn’t do a good joy, move to another room not much better, the only reason I stayed was because I got there late that night, I checked out by 9 am, Went to another Hotel where I could get a good night sleep, anyone who say that it’s a clean & comfortable place, is wrong, yes the price was good, but never again will I ever stay at Red Roof Inn Danville, PA, better off paying the extra for a good night sleep, unless you want to sleep in the floor, because that’s what happen, the bed was that low to the floor. Looked like it was inhabited by transients and hookers. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN…

Due to my mother getting very sick, we needed to stay in Danville. Red Roof offered us the best rates around. Staff in all areas were kind. Our room 102 was clean and quite. I loved the cleaning ladies they were helpful and did an excellent job in our room.

Was hesitant , because of price is right!!!!! So pleasantly surprised, Office staff helpful and pleasant. Room very clean and in very good condition. Free LONG DISTANCE and Wifi.!!! Quiet, no noise from highway. Absolutely excellent restaurant close by for dinner--OLD FORGE BREWING COMPANY. We both had Rib Eye Steak--best we've ever had, better than any steak house, and best mixed veggies we've ever eaten. There are lots of other restaurants right there in immediate area. No continental breakfast, but McDonalds right next door. A GREAT FIND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This might be my first Red Roof Inn. I stayed here b/c of the reviews and it's true, it's clean and comfortable. I didn't hear any road noise despite being in the front, that was really nice. You can drive up the road to Danville where there are several restaurants and a nice walk along the river.
