We stayed here as family travelers. I am so impressed with how nice and clean the room were and the variety of the morning breakfast. The service was excellent, as we had several things we needed their advice on and they pulled through. Debbie the breakfast host catered to the kids,while Rachel, at the front desk, helped us find our way around. We enjoyed our stay.

My husband had surgery at Passavant Hospital,in late November. Wondering where I would stay UPMC actually listed this as one of the " special hospital rate" motels. We were so pleased with the price, the clean room and the fabulous breakfast that Debbie the breakfast hostess provides. The breakfast was a godsend to me while rushing out each morning to get to the hospital. Fresh coffee is available 24 hrs! I cannot say enough about this place. Passavant hospital was a quick drive along with next door to the Cranberry Mall....no lack of anything here!!! I was shocked to come back on Tue. evening to find a light dinner being served in the lobby. This place sure made our major surgery experience quite pleasant and much easier! Traveled on business for one night twice in two months. Was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants near by and downtown Pittsburgh was about 20 minutes plus or minus.

I needed to have a medical consult in Pittsburgh. The hotel gave us special pricing. The accomodations were excellent. My only wish was that the toilet was a lilttle higher/bigger. Room/bed/airconditioning/sound suppression all were great. Your hot breakfast service is exceptional. Debbie, the girl who takes care of the breakfast was a real asset for you. She made us feel welcome and important. We didn't see a tip jar for the food area. There should be one. Actually everyone was exceptionally helpful and pleasant; Holliday Inn Express is a great hotel system. We had a little trouble finding it ....got to the general area ok but the actual front door of the hotel wasn't obvious. Might want to think about the signs.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Debbie, the breakfast hostess was amazing. She helped find us a seat when the breakfast area was completely full (Steelers game) and checked on us regularly. The breakfast was great and the team kept everything full. Good experience, great town, even if your not a Steeler fan
