The hotel was certainly a top choice in the area about 20 yrs ago. It is still well maintained and clean but the hotel is certainly showing its age. The rooms are large with plenty of space. It's close to the airport which gives it an advantage. The one area of the hotel that could be improved on is the cleanliness of the breakfast area. The made to order omlets were good but the breakfast bar and tables needed to be cleaned.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall a descent place to stay if you have an early or late flight into or out of Pittsburgh.

Stayed here for a 3-day weekend while visiting on business and enjoyed my stay. The business center offered complimentary printing and there was also a managers reception every evening from 5-7 that featured an open bar (no shots!) and snacks for free. Also free parking, free WIFI and free full breakfast. The hotel bar was nice but the quesadillas I ordered were inedible from the grease they were swimming in. Would definitely return if I can again find the same hotwire deal. Also, spacious suites with two TVs and very good service.

We stayed here twice on different vacation stopovers before heading to Toronto from Raleigh, North Carolina. The staff were accomodating and pleasant. The suites are clean, spacious and my husband likes having two flatscreen tvs...my daughter can watch in the bedroom while he can have the other in the living room area. Yes, space is nice especially when you are in a car for 8-9 hours. The complimentary made to order breakfast is hot and the buffet has variety. Take advantage of the managers reception from 5:30-7:30pm. Its complimentary basic alcoholic mixed drinks, beer and wine, in addition veggies, dip, and chips are a nice touch after a long car trip. All this was the price of one bedroom suite...now that's value. PS. Their website says a fee for Internet, but it was complimentary during both stays.

Have a wonderful 3 day weekend stay, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Loved the 2 room suite, large sitting area seperate from the bedroom. Even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable. The Breakfast and managers reception was a plus also.
