i picked this hotel,due to the low price and needing two rooms one with a park-n-fly.
the hotel is very basic no frills.we checked in on the 8th of dec for a one night stay before our flight to san diego.after we checked in she told me our rooms were on the 3rd floor. the rooms are all out side so no nice hall way to stand in when trying to get in your room with 5 people and 6 bags and a wind chill at -o.ok we are now in two very cold rooms looking for the HEAT to warm up the rooms...i had to call the front desk to ask where the heater was ok found it and then she told me it would take about a hour and a half to get warm..WHAT are you joking?no she replyed, so i asked her why they did not preheat the rooms when they knew that they had people checking in to the hotel.i got this replay from her i have no idea i'm just the night desk person you need to speak to the owners the next day, i had no time the following day to deal with this heat issue..so we cranked up the heat and went to eat when we got back it was warm..the beds were new in the kids room our king bed was older the pillows are flat as pancakes we needed 3 pillows just to make one simi comfy pillow.the tubs in both rooms very dirty looking we put a towel on the bottum of tub to stand on.thank goodness we did no need to bath a child. the night we stayed there we had the big mouth family standing out side there door talking so loud that it kept wakeing us up i have no idea how they could stand the cold just to take a puff...hotel needs a lot of work and i think the owners are updating it but it was not worth the 40 dollars we saved by not staying at our usual hotel the embassy suites.
for you who may ask yes you do get a free breakfast with make your own waffels and the toaster items oh and cheerios.i will say the coffee was very good the orange juice was kinda of funny tasting so it got dumped.we will not be comming back to this hotel any time soon.if you do choose to stay here i hope you have a better stay then we did.

We stay in room 2xx Nov 23, 2011. The room is a bit small, but clean. No bed bugs found. Towels appear to be clean. Plenty of soap and shampoo provided. Free WiFi. Free breakfast include cold ceral, waffle etc Good value.
I did not make a reservation but we we check the rate and print out the rate from Americas Best Value Inn site. When I walked in ask best rate for America Value Club member rate, I was quote well over $60/night. They gave me the rate from Americas Best Value site.

I checked in late very long day. The people were very nice but it is an old place. And the bed had bed bags. I was in the room only 10min. Good luck if you stay there.

Stayed in this hotel because I was looking for a decent hotel that accepted pets as a mid-way stopping point on my way to Michigan. This was the 5 hour point from DC, halfway to MI and needed a 1 night stay.

Was just what I was looking for. Decent value. Check-in was efficient and smooth. Had a room on the top floor corner. Arrived late in the evening.

Breakfast was fine. Good solid hotel for a 1 night stay.
